With over 10 years' experience designing products and components across a range of industries, we can take projects from initial concept through CAD development, prototyping and into production. Reverse Engineering & Obsolete Part Replacement
Can't find the part you need? We can recreate it.
If you have a broken, discontinued or obsolete component, we can reverse engineer the original part and recreate an accurate 3D CAD model.
The resulting part can then be manufactured using the most appropriate process, from 3D printing and CNC machining to vacuum casting or injection moulding. We can produce a one-off replacement or help develop the part for repeat production.
3D Scanning
Need to capture an existing part or object digitally?
Our 3D scanning service allows us to quickly capture complex geometries and organic shapes that can be difficult to reproduce using traditional measurement methods.
The resulting scan can be used as the starting point for reverse engineering, CAD development, modification or reproduction.
3D Printing & Manufacturing
From one-off prototypes to production runs, we can manufacture your parts using a wide range of processes.
With in-house 3D printing alongside a network of trusted manufacturing partners, we can offer FDM, SLA, MJF, SLS and other advanced processes, as well as CNC machining, vacuum casting and injection moulding.
Rather than being tied to a particular manufacturing process, we select the most appropriate method based on your requirements, considering factors such as quantity, material, performance, finish and cost.
