Product Design and CAD Design:
Have a design idea you want to turn into a physical product? We have many years experience designing functional parts for a range of industries. Whether you are looking for a functional prototype or mass production; we specialise in designing parts for 3D printing and injection moulding, so we can turn your ideas into reality. We can even support you with mass production.
Reverse Engineering:
Have a part you would like to replicate? We can reverse engineer and recreate your parts in the latest 3D design software. This means the parts can then be 3D printed to create exact reproductions of the original part.
3D Scanning:
Using the latest 3D scanning techniques, we can take your existing objects to create an accurate digital model which can in-turn be 3D printed. This technique is great for complex geometries and organic shapes which are difficult to reverse engineer.
3D Printing and Manufacture:
With several in house machines and a network of quality 3D printing production contractors, we are able to offer a complete range of advanced 3D printing processes from FDM through to SLA, MJF and SLS (see below for full list of processes and materials). We can also offer other manufacturing processes if more cost effective such as Vacuum Casting, CNC machining and Injection Moulding.
